Take Me Back to Tybee

On the recommendation of a then student, plus a blogger I followed in those days, our little family visited Tybee Island once upon a time.  It was an amazing trip, and I guarantee we'll be back someday.

Until that time, I occasionally make a Low Country Boil to remind me.  Or in today's case, a Low Country Boil Soup.  It's all the beauty of the regular shrimp boil just combined with some chicken broth.  I used turkey kielbasa, frozen corn, small, peeled, deveined shrimp, and little red potatoes.  It was super easy to make, and tastes exactly like the real deal.  The biggest advantage is that it's not nearly as messy to eat!  Now, of course, you miss all that buttery goodness, but it takes me right back to our wonderful vacation.
