For some reason my June menu was heavy on the kabob recipes. I've had these Sweet Shrimp Kabobs pinned for quite some time, and after tasting them, I highly regret not trying them sooner! Such a great sweet and savory flavor that doesn't overwhelm the shrimp. Definitely making these again.
Then add this recipe for Lauren's Famous Butter Rice that's been popping up in all my feeds, and you have yourself an excellent meal. This rice is amazing. There's really nothing earth shattering here, but it was tasty, and I only used about 1/4 cup of butter instead of a 1/3. Imagine the calorie savings. ;)
I love it when there are two yummy winners in one meal.
