Meatball Kabobs


Meatballs.  They are a crowd favorite at our house, and this recipe for Meatball Kabobs couldn't be easier.

Simply chop your peppers and onions, thread them skewers with the meatballs, and brush with your favorite sauce (I used a combination of homemade and Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory and Brown Sugar.)  They are pretty and tasty too.  This would be a lovely main dish for a backyard barbecue, or you could make smaller versions and serve them as appetizers.
