We aren't even close to being Irish in this house, but that doesn't mean we can't celebrate.
Our St. Patty's menu included Shepherd's Pie, Lime Jello, and Shamrock Drops. I also made some Lucky Charms Snack Mix for the neighbors, just for fun. I don't pretend that anything was authentic, but it sure was tasty!
