Cheddar Jack cheese and bacon is a favorite of mine, and this super simple recipe for Cheddar Jack & Bacon Meatball Sliders had me at hello. Add in the fact that they are super simple and easy to prepare, and we have winner.
I had not used the Kraft Fresh Takes before, but now I am excited to try all the combinations in several different recipes. I think the Southwest flavor would make a fantastic meatloaf.
We paired our meatballs with the King's Hawaiian mini-sub rolls, and BBQ sauce. Nothing fancy, but they certainly were yummy. A great way to end a busy week. (Especially when enjoyed with this awesome pie.)
