Want a super easy and festive Christmas cookie? Yes, please!
In October I made Funfetti Cake Batter Cookies to critical acclaim in my household. I decided it would be super easy to substitute Christmas sprinkles for the regular ones. Then I had the brilliant idea to add them to red velvet cake mix for a little more festive touch.
It totally worked. Yummy red velvetiness with a festive scatter of green and red sprinkles and white snowflakes. Mixed and baked in 15-20 minutes. Perfect.
