Shrimp Success

Pinterest success once again!  This is a recipe I pinned and added to the menu earlier in the month, but shifted around to take advantage of perfect grilling weather last week. 

Now that the shrimp scare has been eliminated, I'm anxious to get more seafood back on the menu.  It's perfectly light and healthy (well except for the stick of butter part) for summer eating.  This is a super easy recipe.  The hardest part is removing all the shells from the shrimp.  I liked that the sweet flavor of the shrimp came through, but was balanced by the tart flavor of lemon and saltiness from the butter and seasoning mix.

I served this over angel hair pasta and some veggies.  Lovely combination with a little of the shrimp sauce poured over everything.
