Sloppy Joes are fun. They are easy. I know they'll always be a big hit. One of my students had suggested after this post that I try making Sloppy Joe cups like her mom always made.
So I put Sloppy Joes Cups on the menu for May. Then the day before I was to make them, I went in search of a recipe. This recipe from Pillsbury was my jumping off point.
Instead of actually following the recipe for the sloppy part, I just used a powdered mix and followed the directions on the package there. Then I put them in the biscuits and topped with a little bit of cheddar.
They were yummy, easy, and another new twist on an old favorite.
