May Day Menu

That title could be taken a lot of ways couldn't it?  I hope you aren't yelling "May Day" that you haven't done your menu plan yet!

This is an interesting month for meal planning in our house.  We have some travel plans, several graduations and other special events.  I'm guessing my June plan will reflect a lot of stay-at-home simple foods because we'll be eating out so much this month!
