Hugs and Quiches

I've always loved quiche. It hasn't been on the menu a lot recently, and all of a sudden, I've found it to be the answer to a lot of my dinner questions. I've been trying to work through some of my stockpile in the freezer, and quiches have been perfect for that. Plus, the leftovers for breakfast are always so delicious. I even ask myself, why don't I make this for breakfast more often?

This Sausage and Ranch Quiche is so tasty. The sausage plus the ranch means a lot of great flavor. Plus, using a frozen pie crust means it's super easy. Generally, I stuck with the recipe as is with the exception of using half and half instead of cream. I used cheddar cheese, since that was what I already had in the refrigerator, but quiche is a great opportunity to use up whatever you've got sitting around.

Quiche is a lovely, cozy, cheesy delight to eat. If you've not made some for a while, give it a go. It's the perfect winter food for breakfast or dinner, and the leftovers always remind me how extra glad I am that I made one.
