To keep things speedy, I used precooked bacon bits and prepped my chicken the day before. Everything else was pretty quick, including the time to cook the pasta.
This dish got a wholehearted endorsement from the child. I liked the fact that the sauce was creamy and had a lot of flavor without being heavy and greasy. We've got plenty of leftovers, despite it only being a
half pound of pasta, so we will have the opportunity to enjoy it again soon.
