Bananas Foster has become one of our favorite flavors, and I'll look for a way to incorporate into a lot of things we eat.
Enter Pancake Tuesday, and my annual quest to find a fun new flavor to try. These Bananas Foster Pancakes did not disappoint. I found the pancake batter to be a little thin and the resulting pancakes were equally thin. The banana caramel sauce was amazing. Honestly, it was all I could do to not just eat it with a spoon. It would be so good drizzled over ice cream.
Whether you are looking for a breakfast item or just want a terrific ice cream sauce, this is a terrific recipe. Definitely worth having around.
