Turkey and Swiss with a Twist

Turkey and Swiss is a pretty safe bet, even if it comes in sloppy joe form, which this one did. You know I walk a fine line in this family when it comes to the sloppy joe genre of recipes. I love them because they are easy to make, pretty tasty, make great leftovers, and come in so many different varieties. My kiddo is a skeptic and judges each and every recipe on its own merits - most traditional or barbecue varieties she vetoes.

The turkey and Swiss variant is not an unknown. Instead, it's your favorite turkey sandwich in warm and gooey form--perfect for a cool, fall night. The combination of Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce add just the right touch. Make no mistake, these are indeed high on the sloppy rating of sloppy joes, but they are also worth the mess.
