We always celebrate Pi Day at our house. Mostly, we'll use any excuse for desserts, but we're nerdy enough to really make Pi important.
These Mini Magic Bar Pies seemed like a good bet from the beginning. There's everything to love about magic bars in cute mini pie format. The most challenging part of the whole operation was keeping the sweetened condensed milk drizzle under control without making a mess of the muffin tin. I tried using circle cut outs in both 2 and 2.5 inch sizes. Both worked fine, but the two inch ones came out a little neater.
Magic Bars as mini pies turn out to be delicious. The small bite format with the perfect mixture of the magic bar flavors was awesome. Snackable and easy to eat several in one sitting. Highly recommend for your next Pi Day, or any day in between.
