Anticipating April

By the skin of my teeth, I'm ready with an April menu.  It totally sneaked up on me, and I spent the weekend scrambling to fill out a menu in preparation.

April is always an interesting month because I'm ready for lighter, springy foods, but I can't always count on springlike weather.  Occasionally we'll have a cold, rainy evening that screams for a hearty soup.  We've also got some special occasions happening during the month that change up my planning just a bit.  As always, the beauty of the plan is that it's there to guide not dictate.  We'll bend and flex as needed.
