Robert Frost had a thing about taking the road less traveled, but in this case, I think the easy, well-traveled road paid off big time.I love the squishy, potatoeyness of gnocchi. Paired with meatballs (high on my kiddo's list), this Gnocchi and Meatball Bake was destined to be a winner at our table. Add to that the fact that it had a super easy version (frozen meatballs shine again), and I couldn't wait to try it.
