Salsa Verde Rides Again

Our familial fascination with Salsa Verde continues to flourish.  We all love the flavor, so recipes that include it are usually winners.

These Crockpot Salsa Verde Chicken Sliders definitely lived up to expectation.  So delicious and yummy, and with almost zero work.  These made excellent slider sandwiches, but would work equally well as a gooey, cheesy dip for tortilla chips.  (In fact, if you do the slider, have a chip or two handy to clean up the mess.😋)  I topped ours with cheddar instead of pepper jack, but anything would work.

I can not wait to eat these leftovers, and make this recipe again.  For now, Salsa Verde continues to reign supreme.
