As it would happen, on the day I made this Chicken Taco Pizza for dinner, my husband had tacos for lunch and my kiddo had pizza. Perfect menu planning right there.😲
Our version started with this crust (instead of refrigerated), topped with refried beans, leftover chicken taco meat with a little added taco sauce, colby-jack cheese, fresh tomatoes, and the secret sauce. It tasted awesome, especially with some crushed tortilla chips on top. I highly recommend this addition.
This received high praise at my table. The kiddo didn't object to the refried beans because I kept those to a pretty thin layer, and she really enjoyed the sauce on top. Guess this is another recipe that will be hanging around for future use!
