This Beef Teriyaki Skillet had great promise from the moment I spotted it on Pinterest--quick prep, on hand ingredients, with a flavor profile my family enjoys.
It turned out exactly as I'd hoped. The recipe was super simple and quick, but not short on flavor as a result. I would guess that the flavor depends heavily on the top of teriyaki sauce you use. I decided to try this one from P.F. Chang's. It's the best bottle teriyaki sauce I've tried so far, and it's a really thick, rich consistency.
I'm always happy when a recipe meets expectations, and I'll definitely put this one on the menu again.
