Season's Eatings

December is about to happen.  As crazy as it is to believe that we are almost done with 2017, I'm already anticipating the fresh start 2018 will bring.

But first, the end of this year.  My December menu is always an interesting mix of regular at-home nights, shortcut nights that are worked around our various holiday activities, and finally, a big gap where I have no plan so that we can celebrate however the mood strikes us.
