Quiche is one of my favorite foods. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, it fits the bill for all, and what's not to love about the cheesy, eggy, goodness.
This Bacon-Cheddar Slab Quiche was a new one for me. Nothing fancy or different in ingredients, just a slightly different format. One benefit of the thinner quiche is shorter cooking time, making this dish more appropriate for after work windows of time (especially if you pre-bake the crust).
I used my pre-cooked Kirkland bacon and a combo of cheddar/swiss/Parmesan cheeses. Yuuuuuuuuuuuummm.
This was a hit with the whole family, and we've also been enjoying the leftovers for breakfast.
