Loaded. As in Loaded Baked Potato Pizza. Nothing sinister or wealthy.
I've been totally looking forward to making this recipe since I pinned it. I love loaded baked potatoes, and I love pizza. It's a match made in heaven.
This was an easy recipe, especially since I used refrigerated pizza crust in my cast iron skillet. I used regular sharp cheddar cheese, my trusty Kirkland bacon pieces, and the Lighthouse Homestyle Ranch Dressing. Fabulous. One word of caution, make sure your potatoes are as done as you want them before you slice them for the pizza. They won't get any more done in the baking process.
