Gnocchi Instead

I love the dense potatoeyness of gnocchi.  It takes normal Italian dishes up a notch.  So delicious.


This Cheesy Sausage Gnocchi is not remarkable in it's ingredients, but they all work together beautifully.  It was deliciously creamy and filling.  I used shelf-stable gnocchi instead of frozen, and I wasn't sure how it would cook because there wasn't a lot of liquid, but it worked so well.  Yay for a one pot dinner!
