This soup is so fast to throw together! Once the onions are sauteed, it's really just adding ingredients, and heating them up. So quick and flavorful. I ended up buying the tomato powder from Amazon, because I couldn't find it locally. Otherwise, it's probably all ordinary stuff you have on hand.
I topped our soup with a small sprinkle of cheddar and a handful of Cool Ranch Doritos. I loved the texture that the chips added to the soup. This soup is good as is, but if you want it to be a little heartier, some chopped, cooked, chicken would be a great addition.
