It's soup season and I'm so happy!
This installment includes a Cheesy Italian Sausage Potato Chowder. The combination of sausage, potato, and cheese in this soup is outstanding. I happened to get a hot sausage instead of mild, and even so, still liked it. I'm anxious to make it again with a little less heat!
There's nothing exotic about the ingredients here, and so I used them all, including the celery. Definitely add this to your winter menus!
