Peach season has finally arrived! I love peach things. Maybe it's the fact that my grandpa fed me peach ice cream at three days old, or maybe it's because they are just amazing and yummy.
As soon as the peaches in the stores become something other than fragranceless rocks, I'm in. And then I have to find something to use all the fruit I buy. This go around I settled on these Peach Pie Bars. I'll admit, I didn't feel like doing a lot of work like making pie crust.
These bars are yum, and even though the peaches should take center stage, the crust is definitely the star of the show. So buttery and yum!
