Tater tot heaven. Perhaps that's too strong, but I don't think so. This Tater Tot Sausage Breakfast Casserole is divine. I only made a half of the recipe, and it's a good thing. I would eat a lot of this if I had the opportunity.
I followed the recipe as written where ingredients are concerned, but because of our frantic schedule, decided to use the crockpot instead of the oven. It worked perfectly! It cooked for around three hours on high, and was perfect, even the tater tots got crispy. I might not make it any other way now.
Try this one, friends, you will NOT be sorry.
