We are slowly creeping toward summer. The kids are getting antsy for school to finish, and I'm pulling out the grill just a little bit more.
I'm so glad we had a nice day for these Hawaiian Grilled Chicken Sandwiches. They are absolutely yummy! It's a great combination of flavor that's perfect for everyday, not just when you are feeling Hawaiian. I cut the hot sauce amount in half, but otherwise followed the recipe as is. I decided to serve it on Hawaiian buns, because why not?!?
This is definitely making an appearance on the menu again in very short order.
