Nachos FTW


Tonight's feature was these Pulled Pork Nachos.  They were soooooooo tasty and super easy.  I just pulled some pork from the freezer, leftovers from the Cuban Nachos, warmed it with barbecue sauce, and then assembled our nachos for the oven. It was a super quick dinner, and I even managed to get my new phone up and ready at the same time.  Double win!
