Anybody else ever want to say that when you are getting ready to use an automated door? No? Me either.
So instead, try this Healthy Sesame Chicken. I thought the preparation method was kind of interesting--starting it in the skillet on the stove and then popping it in the oven to finish. It worked very well and the sauce thickened as it cooked too. I steamed some green beans in the microwave and stirred them in to the sauce before I served it all over white rice.
Another fun dish to try alongside? Grilled pears! Brush them with a little coconut oil on the cut side and sprinkle with cinnamon. I ended up grilling them 15-20 minutes on low. If you don't like them super soft, shorten the time up a little. Before serving, drizzle them with some honey. And then maybe some more. So warm and yummy!
