May Your Menu Be Delicious


I will be so happy to kiss April goodbye.  It was enjoyable, but far too crazy for my liking.  May will have its challenges as well, but with my classes coming to an end, at least I'll be free to deal with the whatever comes along.

May's menu is the month where I start to move to summer cooking.  Lots of grilling out, lighter dishes, and hopefully plenty of warm sunshine and eating outdoors.
