Doritos are definitely on the list on fav foods in this house, so trust me when I say I could not pass up the chance to make this Chicken Dorito Casserole. It has a whole bag of Doritos, how could it be wrong?
And it's not. Great flavor and easy prep. I definitely need to find a swap for Rotel, though. Our crowd just can't take the heat, even the mild variety. A little sour cream on top made everything right as rain though.
