Tortell--yummy

In an effort to polish off my June menu, I scribbled down Tortellini and left it at that.  Now, we're fine with some frozen tortellini and a jar of Prego, but since I knew I had the time, I went in search of an actual recipe.


My Pinterest search yielded this Creamy Spinach Tomato Tortellini.  It's super easy and tastes fantastic.  We enjoyed every morsel on our plates.  My only substitutions were frozen tortellini and fresh basil, otherwise, spot on with the recipe.  It's a delightfully fresh tasting and beautifully pink, too.

Totally making this again, and next time I'm making breadsticks to dip in the extra sauce.
