This Barbecue Ranch Chicken is a no-brainer for a few reasons. First, it's barbecue, it's ranch, what's not to love? Second, you don't even really have to have your brain firing on all cylinders to make this. Throw in chicken throw in two sauces and wait a few hours. Beautiful.
We even managed to score two meals from this lovely dish. First, on it's own, just like it was. Then as nachos with a little more barbecue and ranch drizzled on top. Both delicious.
