It's hard to believe I'm looking at another turn of the calendar page, and yet it happens this week. I've put together a simple menu for the month--lots of simple grilling and other recipes that will pair perfectly with lots of fresh fruits and veggies. I'm especially excited that I remembered to put Fish Tacos on the menu, plus BLTs, using perfectly ripened tomatoes, and chicken salad, I love chicken salad. Here's to a star-spangled July!
