Ham It Up

Back to Mondays, piano lessons, and my slow cooker.


This recipe Slow Cooker Maple Brown Sugar Ham is so simple.  I let mine cook longer than suggested because it was still partially frozen, but I doubt I needed to.  In fact it got a little dry, but tasted great with a little of juices added back.  (With more time to fuss, I might have tried to thicken the juices a little.)

I'll definitely keep this recipe for future reference.  I much preferred the flavors in this to that of the little packet that normally comes with a ham.
