(For the record, I don't like pictures of crock-pot food.)
This Crock-pot Balsamic Chicken is simple and delicious. And because the seasonings seemed to be a good fit for veggies, I decided to multi-task and cook potatoes and carrots at the same time. The chicken flavor was awesome. The veggies were not. Note to self, sometimes, just once, don't mess with things. Just follow the instructions.
Moral of the story? Make the chicken, nix the veggies (or at least don't multi-task).
