Everyone has their favorite flavors, especially when it comes to sweets. For me, chocolate is just ho-hum. I can go looooooong stretches between chocolate experiences. My favorite sweet flavor is caramel. I love caramel sundaes, blondies, and basically anything with butter and brown sugar.
These Buttery Brown Sugar Pecan Cookies have those two favs plus pecans in spades. They are super simple to make, and using my standard cookie scoop, I got three and half dozen delicious, chewy cookies. It's basically a blondie in cookie form. Nothin' wrong with that.
