M is for Manicotti


This recipe for Crock Pot No Boil Manicotti is a winner for many reasons.

  1. It's a crock-pot recipe, so it's convenient and doesn't heat up the kitchen in the summer.
  2. If you don't get all the filling into the pasta tubes, it will still taste awesome.  Just add the leftover cheese mixture to the top of the noodles before adding the sauce.
  3. It's meatless, so if you are doing the Meatless Monday thing, or any other day of the week, you're set.
  4. You can forget the salt and pepper in the filling and no one will notice.
  5. It's kid approved to be delicious.  She didn't even notice that there was tomato sauce.
  6. It's chock-full of cheesy goodness.
  7. The noodles cook perfectly, no extra steps, no extra water.
