I've made Chili Dog Casserole before, but I'm always up for a new version. This particular recipe is super simple and easy to prep. I even moved it up to one of my teaching days it was so easy!
For the most part I followed the recipe. As I was finishing up assembling the casserole, I spied the last few broken pieces from a bag of Doritos and threw those on the top for a little crunch. It was the perfect addition, although I dare say that the recipe will be delicious without them too.
