I am so ready for spring. We had such an early spell of warm weather last year, and this year it seems like sunshine and warmer temps are very slow to come to us.
April's menu holds on to the last few comfort foods of colder weather, and I'm adding grilling back to take advantage of what I hope will be actual spring weather. (Note to self, check the propane tank before beginning to grill.)
We're also celebrating a birthday and an anniversary this month, so maybe some yummy treats, not on the plan, will show up too.
