So I've now learned that perhaps I'm better at braiding hair than braiding dough. Still, I love the look of braided recipes, and with a little more practice my dough manipulation skills should improve. Right?
This Broccoli Cheddar Chicken Braid is tasty comfort food. The ingredients are all very familiar if you've ever had a chicken broccoli casserole of any kind. However, the crispy outside makes it just a little more special.
For the most part I followed directions on this recipe, I chose to use fresh broccoli instead of frozen and dried rosemary instead of fresh. Don't leave off the rosemary, either! Sometimes I'm tempted to in situations like this, because I'm doubtful that it will make a difference, but in this case it adds a really nice flavor.
