The girls of this household love Cheetos. Can't get enough. When I saw this recipe for Cheetos Chicken Fingers on Pinterest, I knew I had to add it to our menu for this month.
I used the baked Cheetos as suggested in the recipe, and they were fine. Only fine. Overall, I was a bit disappointed in this recipe. Although I wasn't expecting something gourmet, I was hoping for a nice cheesy flavor with a little contrast from the honey mustard. The Cheeto flavor just wasn't strong enough for me.
I guess this means I'll have to keep eating my Cheetos out of a bag instead of on my chicken.
