May was a busy month. No doubt about it. I had a couple of trips - one for work and the other our family vacation. I've had a nice break, but I'm ready to get back in the kitchen.
Since it's warming up outside, my June menu plan definitely reflects the warmer temperatures. School is out now too, so I also have the flexibility to make dishes that take more preparation in the middle of the week.
I'm looking forward to weekly farmer's market visits so that we have lots of fresh fruits and veggies along with our summer menu.
