Noodle This

I miss Kraft's Food and Fun magazine. It's still available, but requires a subscription fee if you still want to receive the paper edition. The recipes are always simple and quick. Perfect for weeknights after a long workday.

Tonight I tried this Beef Noodle Bowl recipe I'd saved for some time. Next time I'll cut the amount of ginger in half, but otherwise it's got great flavor and is very fresh tasting. I loved the way the veggies turned out when I added them to the noodles toward the end of their cooking time.
