I'm just so-so on kitchen gadgets. There are some that I just love, but more often than not it seems like the gadgets disappoint and just take up valuable storage space.This Emulstir Salad Dressing Mixer from Crate and Barrel is the bee's knees. I happened across it while we were browsing the Michigan Avenue store in December. It looked like a cool tool and it has NOT underdelivered. I've only used it a few times, but it mixes, it pours, and it stores, cleanly. Beautiful.
