I found some frosting remnants in the refrigerator that I wanted to get used up today, so I searched for a quick and easy sugar cookie recipe.
These Easy Sugar Cookies were perfect. I was a bit worried when making them because the dough was a little crumbly, but I was just careful not to overbake them and they were great. A sweet little treat with or without frosting. Trust me. I tried them both ways.
Another great benefit that my niece pointed out to me? These are great when you want some kind of cookie or dessert but only have one little old egg left.
Update: This frosting is even more awesome on cookies than on cake!
