Crabby Pasta not Crabby People

On my September meal plan I tried to make a concerted effort to add a few more seafood and/or fish days. We eat beef, pork and chicken very regularly so variety in the form of vegetarian dishes and seafood is a good thing. Also, since school is back in session, I need quick dishes for the nites of the week when I teach. This recipe for Creamy Crabby Pasta seemed to be a good idea. I made the recipe exactly as directed (which means it made a lot of food for three people--three portions of leftovers for lunches plus more than enough to freeze and have a meal later).
Verdict? It was good. It needs something. When I figure out what that is, I'll make it again.
