Restaurant Recreation


We love the chicken tenderloin sandwiches at Cracker Barrel, but we don't get to the restaurant very often. Seems they are always crazy busy.
I went looking for a recipe to recreate the tenderloins and was amazed to find that there were a lot out there and for once nearly all the same. Here's the link from CD Kitchen. It seemed too easy. I've used Italian dressing as a marinade many times and it's a favorite. I couldn't believe that a little lime juice and honey would really change the flavor that much. It did! These are so yummy and I'm guessing it will be in the rotation on nearly a monthly basis.
