There are some recipes you see that you just know are going to hit the spot. This recipe for Chili Cheese Dog Casserole from Taste of Home is one of them. It was delicious and the perfect end to a beautiful but chilly day. Next time I'll try it without the brown sugar just to see how it is. I also want to try adding the cornbread and cheese as a variation to my Mexicali bean bake. I think I might have found a tasty change for that recipe too.
